ii. Quotes

There are three ways of requesting quotations. Glass Block Technology recommend installation accessories are sold with glass blocks, to ensure that end users have all the correct construction materials available.

To calculate estimates efficiently, four key items of information are required:

The A5 "Complete Guide to Building Glass Blocks" brochure is a complete sales tool showing the entire glassblock range, it is also a comprehensive guide including fitting instructions for Ros and Mortar, Easifix and Precast Easifix.

A training overview manual is available to accompany this brochure, this forms the basis of staff training and highlights selling points and areas you should be aware of.

The complete Glass Block Technology product binder contains product references and photos, installation guidelines, accessory fact sheets anmd a photographic gallery showing the diverse uses for glass block walls and floors.

Counter displays are available free of charge including a simple glass block and brochures.

Other displays are available including carriage, sample glass block and brochures at a cost of £75 + VAT

If you wish to construct individual insitu displays, Glass Block Technology offer an introductory 15% display discount off your nett pricelist.

Ordering
Official purchase order are only acceptable in writing, they can be faxed, emaile dor posted. Once an order is received, subject to an open credit facility and stock check, the branch will receive an order confirmation. This should be checked and will confirm any applicable carriage.

Carriage Paid
Contact Glass Block Technology Distribution Department to request copy of proposal.

Delivery
Glass Block Technology orders are despatched using a reputable delivery network which operate:
Parcels - next day service
Pallets - 3 day service (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

Surcharge, timed or Saturday deliveries will incur extra costs based upon weight and post code. Contact Glass Block Technology Sales/Distribution Department for more details.

Glass Block Technology does not produce a suggested retail price list as markups may vary geographically. The price lists supplied are your nett prices. Our aim is to ensure the end user is paying a fair price, whilst enabling your company to remain competitive, yet yield a healthy profit return.

Clear Flemish is the industry gauge and bulk seller, therefore you may not achieve as high a mark up as the rest of the clear ranges.

Glass Block Technology stock unusual block sizes, sheds only offer 190x190x80 glass blocks, whereas Architects are specifying all manner of combinations.
