The TF30 is specially constructed by bonding two 190x190x50mm La Rochere glass blocks offering the following physical properties:

SIZE: 190 x 190 x 100mm

LIGHT TRANSMISSION: 78%

WEIGHT: 4 kilos

PATTERNS AVAILABLE:

Flemish (TF30N) Transparent (TF30T) Frosted (TF30S) and Bubble  (TF30BU)

THERMAL TRANSMISSION: U value =  1.954 W/m² °C (Achieved when panel is constructed using lightweight mortar.)

SPECIFICATION OF TF30 GLASS BLOCK

MAXIMUM PANEL SIZE: For Fire Rating, special conditions apply. If thr TF30 is only being used for U Value purposes, then the maximum panel size is 25m2 with width or height either direction not exceeding 6m. 

PERIMETER BORDERS: Not applicable when constructing for U Value purposes (Conditions apply however for Fire Rated construction).

PERIMETER REINFORCEMENT: Not applicable.

JOINT REINFORCEMENT: Minimum of one ø6mm stainless steel reinforcement rods both horizontally & vertically.

EXPANSION MATERIAL: 10mm width. Bitumen fibre to base for assistance with weight compression & expansion foam to head & jambs, caulked over with GBT silicone.

Available as loose build or precast.
