How to deal with your glass block requirements.
- Choose the glass blocks you require from the range available. (190x190x80 is the most common and versatile block choice).
- Choose which fitting system best suits your project - See relevant section for installation systems overview or below for a brief explanation.
- Use Panel Kits to help you select which panel combination size best suits your needs Panel Kits is 144 combinations that include a unique reference code, suited either to Rods and Mortar or Easifix. See relevant section for Panel Kits wizard.
Rods & Mortar is a system that can be used for virtually any type of glass block project. It can be used internally, externally for straight & curved panels. Glass Block Technology offers a complete guide to installing Glass Blocks using the Rods and Mortar system, you can download a comprehensive brochure in Adobe Acrobat PDF format below. This contains full installation guide, accessories available and relevant datasheets.
Easifix is an installation method recommended for internal use only. It is a dry-fix fitting system ideal for shower screens, panels within partition walls & many interior features within domestic situations. It can only be used for straight (non fire rated) walls. Interior designers, property developers & shop fitters are realising the commercial benefits of the simplicity of construction using Easifix.

Once you have completed these three steps a schedule of your requirements can be easily produced.
This can be:
- Used in conjunction with an online shop such as: Simplyglassblocks.co.uk or Justglassblocks.co.uk
- submitted to Glass Block Technology Sales and we can supply your details to a local authorised dealer to contact you; alternatively it can be printed and you can take it to your stockist/supplier.
